Hands down, the students.

What has been your greatest accomplishment or success while teaching at Truman?
My successes are my students’ successes...when they "get the job" or are accepted into grad school, then I have an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.

What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment?
Working side by side with Tim Burton (what a great director).

How have you involved undergraduate students in your research?
Traveling Children’s Theatre -- students create scripts, design scenery, props, etc., and perform at local schools.

University of Ohio, Illinois State University, U.S.C., University of Oregon

What careers have some of your former students entered?
High school teachers, college professors, theatre company lighting designer, film and television technicians and performers

What do you like best about living in Kirksville?
Small town atmosphere. The seasons.
