TRUMAN WELCOMES applications from students who have earned previous
college credit from other accredited institutions. You can apply for
admission to Truman as early as one year in advance of the semester you
wish to attend. Truman has a rolling admission policy for transfer
students, meaning applications are accepted until the beginning of each
term. However, it is recommended that transfer students apply a
minimum of 60 days prior to the start of the semester to ensure adequate
time for the admission and registration processes.
The application for admission also serves as the scholarship
application; therefore, students wishing to be considered for
competitive scholarships must apply for admission and be accepted by
April 15 for fall enrollment and by November 15 for spring enrollment.

ADMISSION TO TRUMAN IS COMPETITIVE. Students must demonstrate a
preparedness for study at Truman based on cumulative academic
record, including grade point average in transferable college credit
and strength of college curricula.
